My present goal is to offer an employer my decades of school and applied

experience, In exchange for an opportunity for continued employment and

hopefully retirement from my next employer. I have always been punctual in

my attendance along with offering the quality control and documentation of

the product I produced. I am also familiar with identifying a problem

before a batch becomes compromised. My set ups are always rigid, safe and

complete as they are set to run for short or long runs. I want to than k

machines S.P.C. computer checks and spot checks on parts produced, if out

of spec for any reason, adjust offsets, change tools or modify program. We

used both Citizen and Star Swiss style Machines. The new skills I leaned

here included Knurling thin wall tubing and the constant cleaning of

bushing and collets to prevent bending and distorting of parts. My

started on Citizen Machines which where replaced with Funuc controlled Star

machines. During light duty from an off job injury I worked Q.C for a

started here on a "Lock and Load" cell and moved to a bar fed cell.

Unfortunately machines where old and milled flats on turned parts where a

second op as we had no live tooling My Immediate super visor was Mr. Jim

Advanced . Our main products where tele-com so a mating piece had tight

tolerances to allow low R/F leakage. Here I learned the true meaning of

what a square part was. My Immediate super visor was Mr. Bob Kroll

Set-up/operate 7 Tsugami Swiss turns on a three-man crew. I probably should

not have left here but when I left they had me in assembly as we where slow

and I was scared of job security. Plenty of set ups made the job a new

challenge daily to set up and have machines running and well in a speedy

and safe matter

program and operate three Citizen - L-16 5 axis Swiss style turning centers

with Mitsubishi G&M code controls and quality control first piece and in-

process. This was my first job in this industry. Mr. John Spence and I took

Parts previously manufactured on cam driven screw machines and put them on

Swiss style turning centers writing programs for them and choosing tooling.

We had no live tooling on these machines wrote the programs manually using

"Such Software" that came with the machines. John Spence was my supervisor
