CFO, Headquarters - Took on temporary position to oversee financial
operations, restructure debt levels, accelerate fundraising, manage real
estate development, and lead financial planning, forecasting, and
budgeting.
. Restructured and completed failed/incomplete construction
projects, involving value re-engineering and hiring of new contractors.
Raised $8M in capital and $10M in volunteer labor and materials for
