Project – Verizon wireless/Coffee portal
Verizon wireless coffee is a one stop web portal for Verizon’s field engineers, technical support, and customer
care and trainee teams. The application is an integrated module for different independent interfaces such as
dashboard, billing, my account and retail mall helping Verizon customers migrate from wired to wireless,
accepting the bundle and promotional package offers.
Roles and Key Responsibilities
• Extensive experience as a Test lead in managing the large migration project
• Along with QA manager, I was responsible for all QA deliverables across the project
• Involved in requirements analyzing, test effort estimation and planning through different test
