I have many years of experience in many varied fields, but my specialty is in Hospitality Management. I have
been successful over the years at running my own business as well as teaching other business owners on how
to run a successful business. I am fast and efficient in all Microsoft programs as well as payroll and IT solutions.
I have lived overseas for 8 years in Christchurch, New Zealand from 2004-2012 helping business owners to
establish a successful business and clientele with the potential of meeting all profit margins. Due to several
major earthquakes in 2010 and 2011 in Christchurch which devastated the city and rendered it uninhabitable
in many areas I was forced to return home in February 2012.
I had lost everything I owned in Christchurch, but I came out of it with my life and I am very thankful for that. I
am in the process of starting life over again and getting back on my feet at home in Florida. I am a very hard
worker and am available for any shifts that you have available.

Responsibilities/
I was the current Operations Manager of Elevate Bar and Restaurant in Cashmere. I am responsible for a
team of 18 employees and report to the owners directly.
I do wages, profit & losses, budgets, forecasts, rostering, ordering along with other administration and various
bar, restaurant and kitchen budgets, costing's and ordering.
I achieved this role in less than 6 months' time while starting with the business last year as a Hospitality Sales
Manager.
I am a hard worker, ambitious, have 19 years of hospitality knowledge and knowhow and am a true leader
of a team.

Liquidity Restaurant and Bar - March 2006 to July 2008
Responsibilities/
I was the Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager of the establishment with a staff of 26
employees. I liaised closely with the owners and the head chef in order to maintain a pleasant working
environment. I handled costing, P&L, employee time sheets, dealing with sales reps, functions, marketing of
the venue as well as finding ways to boost business and sales profits.
