CDMA M2000 EVDO Project

. Worked as Team lead on PTCL/ ZTE, HUAWEI CDMA2000 1xEVDO REV-A &

REV-B Projects.

. Analysis of various Field issues by performing drive tests in the

particular area. Conducting Site verification tests, Coverage

tests, Fixed Point, Mobile Throughput Test etc.

. Analyzing log files and forwarding recommendations to the

customer.

. Fine-tuned parameters related to Dropped Rate, soft/softer Handoff

and downlink/Uplink data throughput.

. Analysis of log files data to find Missing neighbors, swapped

feeders and Call events.

. Throughput Test of CDMA/EV-DO Devices and Modules at various

Ufone-Huawei GSM NPM Project

. Good hands on experience of Huawei NOC tools like I Manager M2000,

Web LMT BSC6900, BSC 6000, CME, PRS, PCU Tool kit, etc.

. Working in Ufone OMCR on Huawei BTS (3012, 3012AE & 3900A, 3900)

and BSC (6900).

. Responsible for the initial tuning and optimization of old as well

as new Roll out sites like to verify RF and Neighbors Plan,

confirm the configuration EDGE/GPRS, LAC BCCH & Hopping

frequencies MAIO, HSN etc.

. Conduct the Drive test and responsible to provide assistance to

the field team from OMCR for example lock/unlock TRX's, Adjust

static power, deal with Handover and interference issues.

. Troubleshoot CS, PS services and implement the RF optimization

plan to improve the accessibility and retainbility for voice and

Packet services.

. Responsible to obtain statistics on daily basis from I Manager

M2000 and from Naster (word report) Analyze the KPI's, EDGE/GPRS
