Description - Apollo is a credit decision system utilizing the

Fair Isaac Capstone decision engine. It receives applications from the

acquisition systems such as DCI and the Internet, and provides application

approval or decline information to the fulfillments areas such as DCF and

CMF.

Apollo provides Citigroup with the functionality to decision consumer

Bankcard and Business card applications. Most of the steps involved

rendering a decision of approval or decline can be performed systemically.

Citigroup Compliance requires that all PCM's be contacted within 30 days of

receipt of their application. This contact is via letter for approval,

decline or pending additional information.

If Apollo is unable to reach a decision it will be placed in a

deferred queue till a final decision is reached. Apollo has various

different queues, which denote why the application requires further review.

. Production Support and Streamlining of operational process to Meet

SLAs.

. Providing on-call support

. Carry out the analysis of TR and Fixing the TR, Working on the

adhoc requests.
