• The objective of the project was to computerize the lab controller’s work by controlling
all the systems on the network through a single system.
• The software developed was used to logoff/restart/shutdown/lock all the computers on the
network in use from a remote system.
• The software also had the ability to monitor user activities by logging actions and also
logging information about applications accessed.
• Software was developed in a way where the remote controller had the option to turn on
the type of logging based on the administrator’s needs.
