Over six (6.5) years of environmental program management experience at Mosaic Fertilizer. Working

experience at Mosaic’s chemical manufacturing plants for sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and granulated

ammonium phosphate fertilizer. Prior to working at Mosaic Fertilizer, five (5) years of laboratory

experience and sixteen (16) years in EHS program management at a multiple campus pharmaceutical

complex consisting of 5,000 site employees and 40+ buildings. The 4.5 million sq. ft. complex

included R&D laboratories, a chemical pilot plant, animal facilities, energy centers, administrative

buildings, cafeterias, distribution warehouses, wastewater treatment units, storm water retention ponds,

a RCRA hazardous waste incinerator and a non-hazardous solid waste incinerator both equipped with

scrubbers and bag houses, and RCRA Part B storage areas. Full-spectrum of hands-on experience with

permitting, compliance, and operation of RCRA hazardous waste incinerator, RCRA Part B storage

areas, R&D laboratories, wastewater treatment facilities, and a chemical pilot plant.

Extensive experience with environmental management programs for air, wastewater, storm water, and

Provided support to assure compliance with regulatory and corporate EHS requirements, evaluated

plant performance as compared to environmental requirements, advised management on compliance

issues, directed facility environmental improvements, conducted regulatory agency tours, and prepared

regulatory reports and correspondence. Principal accountabilities included: ensure compliance with all

environmental requirements (statutes, regulations, permits, licenses, policies, and procedures) through

inspections, testing, and evaluation of plant operations; develop and implement environmental plans
