Ensured contractual service level agreement metrics and proactively provided improvements

• Designed, and implemented purchase order tool to effectively handle processing of 8,000

monthly purchase orders from client to supplier base of 200+.

• Developed training material, process flows, work instructions and led training sessions for

20 member processing team and 30+ suppliers.

• Ensured adherence to strict service level metrics resulting in 98.6% of PO’s being

delivered within four hours of client approval for 24 straight months and also above 98.6%

• Simplified and streamlined GM’s Information Technology (IT) purchase order process by
