Duties Performed: Communicated with facility managers and upper management

to generate mock-ups and desired media design solutions to advertise special

offerings, programs, and promotions in the form of posters, flyers, signs, forms,

pamphlets, booklets, cards, invitations, table tents, banners and web/newspaper-

ready media. Other duties include leading of the FTAC tour, 411 distribution,

website update maintenance. I wore many hats to include: Temporary Marketing

Director, Visual Information Specialist and Writer/Editor position (solely

generated issues of the FSS Secrets) and web. Experience in training multiple

employees in software and marketing techniques. Developing leadership and

management skills to enhance marketing plans and techniques in study groups,

Special Function Chef (2004-2007)

Duties Performed: Preparation and execution of formal dining and special

function event menus for ceremonies and celebrations. Designed a statement of

purpose, menu and continuity procedures to implement a specialized BBQ

restaurant/program within the club. Overseeing kitchen function according to

menu/program schedules and safety specifications. Trained fellow employees in

proper guidelines and procedures of pulling, prepping, cooking and cleaning

Removal Service Dispatcher (2002-2004)

receive final calls from the coroner, hospitals and hospices. Processed forms

and dispatched the removal service agencies to transport expired persons to

funeral directors to facilitate the preparation process. Transported vital records

from hospitals and doctors to state agencies. Prepared cremated remains for

shipment and/or delivery to families or funeral homes for final services.
