Electronic Mockup validation for V22 Osprey program. Check Catia Electronic

Mockup against Bell Helicopters on-line parts list system and check for

correct part positioning. Correct Catia PDM or parts rigging if problems

are found. Build Catia solids as required.

Data Translation Engineer Feb 2000-Apr 2001

Translate cad design data between Honeywell and its customers, suppliers

and partners for jet engine division. Develop processes and automated tools

for data translation. Tested cad design tools. Identify interoperability

issues between cad tools (Catia, Ungraphics and ProE 2000I). Created test

geometry and testing procedures for data translation tools. Troubleshoot

cad geometry and notified appropriate designers for correction. Acted as

translation software focal point.

Designer 1973 to 1999

Joint Strike Fighter Spar and rib design on wing structure Integrated

Product Team for one year, and then moved to the data

767 AWACS -Secondary structure modification designer on wing leading edge,

engine pylon, and upper nacelle.

Free Electron Laser - Performed design, solid modeling and detailing for
