Responsible for environmental, safety and health program for 21 US and 5 Canadian locations.
Direct, develop, revise and implement safety and environmental policies, programs and procedures as needed
including but not limited to bloodborne pathogens, lockout/tagout, hearing conservation, storm water and SPCC.
Assist locations with incident investigations including injury, vehicle and security situations to root cause.

Partner with Risk Management to manage injury claims as needed.
Use data from our incident management system to perform safety analysis and locate causal trends and research
potential correlations. Identify and assess target areas, design and implement incident reduction programs.
Own the evaluation of new products/procedures/design changes for potential safety risk as centers and with the
products sold by our supply chain entities. Authorize prototype designs for future development.
Manage safety training curriculum based on job code and contract with learning management system vendor.
Interact, train and conduct regular enrichment for each location’s safety coordinator.
Complete budgeting process for department and ongoing evaluation of yearly budget expenses.
Assist with the emergency preparedness and response for the World Resource Center at Domino’s Farms.
Maintain the OSHA 300 Log for the headquarter location.
