Accountable for property/records valued in excess of $8M, 27 custodial hand receipts, and 3 subcontractor property
listings as mandated by instructions in DA PAM 710-2-1, Using Unit Supply System (Manual Procedures) and AR
735-5, Policies and Procedures for Property Accountability. Authoritative source with respect to Common Table of
Allowances (CTA) and Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) for General Services Administration (GSA)
vehicles, IAP and government furnished equipment, property, and other items received, stored, issued, and inventoried.
Execute proper management of property in order to avoid Financial Liability of Property Loss investigations and other
regulatory means used to affix responsibility for property lost, stolen, or destroyed. Coordinate, evaluate, and plan
methods and procedures for receiving, warehousing, inspection, logistics control, and distribution. Upon receipt
examine merchandise for shortages, damage, or pilferage. Proactively communicate with vendors and Command

Government Furnished Property (GFP), Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE), and Department of Public
(DPW) items. Utilize visual analysis techniques to verify barcodes, serial numbers, models, and locations of property
listed on Government Hand Receipts. Address/resolve discrepancies discovered during inventories. Coordinate lateral
transfer, return, and disposal of expendable, non-expendable, standard, nonstandard, and durable property items and
equipment.
• Manpower Management. Foster model workplace environment characterized by mutual respect,
fairness, and open communication. Advocate Integrated Conflict Management Initiatives, which focuses on listening,
