Client: Visteon
Role: Sr.Technical Specialist
Description: QAD-Support offers Level 2 production support to the Asia
pacific regions for all modules implemented for Visteon. Visteon is a
global leader in the area so find us Climate, Electronics and Interiors
.Visteon operates in 100 countries around the world and in all continents.
This involved consolidating 20QAD Instances hosted in many Servers serving
20 markets. We are supporting MFGPRO functional and progress technical. For
all standard MFGPRO and customized MFGPRO screens.
RA Support responsibilities:
. Level 1/2/3 Support
. Break/fix & Routine Maintenance
. Application Operation Support - Functional Support
. Incidents & Quote management (Analysis & Resolution)
. Code changes & deployment through CO process
Key activities include:
. Sending Acknowledgement mails for the new calls assigned

is for creating environment with existing Visteon's data like supplier
details and valid Open PO, Supplier Schedules & MRP and existing Part
details of Visteon and removes all other unwanted transactions.

Description: RMAP IT Standardization project is for migrating eB2 version
in to eB2.1 by modifying the existing customized programs to take care of
new concepts like Domain. The Programs are also modified to take care of
new modules (Consignment, Logistics, etc) that will be used henceforth. New
enhancements and business changes requested by the users are incorporated
in the existing Programs and few new programs are also developed. Data
Download from eB2 and upload into eB2.1 is also done by using newly
developed Extract and Upload Programs. Some new Reports are also developed.

Description: Sales reports are prepared manually by different parties in
excel spreadsheets on daily / weekly basis. It requires great efforts for
data preparation and reconciliation. So, users requested to develop the
report programs in Mfg/pro to generate the reports in Mfg/pro for
productivity improvement purpose.
Reports would be run by users manually entering date range.

(1) Developed programs to generate the sales entry reports as requested
2) Customize Sales order entry program to have new fields to capture the
additional report information in Mfg/pro which are described in detail

Jobs in a single report.the report has capture each cron-job details
whatever comes in the log file. Batch log report plays the major role in
this project.It has fetch the data from two main tables(master and detail)
.it Diminish the customers complications of monitoring every jobs. This
project has several maintenance and reports for make simplify the customer
Perspective. Errors and labels are kept separate tables it also has
maintenance and report screens. After the every interface execution will
send mail across to the respective persons. The mailing lists are keeping
in control maintenance.
