will dispatch products based on sales order.

3. Catalog Management: Cataloging product on the Website for which

I will coordinate with vendor in getting the correct image and

4. Pricing: Create selling price for the product based on the cost

price, logistics cost and compare price with competitors and

generate competitive price.

5. Procurement: Buy stocks from the vendors based on availability

and the fast moving products for which raise PO and to check

with them on timely delivery of the product.

6. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the leading logistics

team like Firstflight, Quantium, Bluedart, Gati and arrange for

pickup, drop shipment, reverse pickup and do timely delivery to

customer. Also manage return orders.

7. Technical coordination: Coordinate with technical team to get

the website work done without any error.

8. Customer Support: Responding to customer queries through email

and phone call. Satisfying the customer to clarify their

doubt's, return, replacement and convert phone call in to

orders.

9. Report: Generate weekly sales report and website traffic report

and send to the management team.

10. Search engine optimization (SEO): Generate Keyword, Meta title,

Meta description for the products and web pages, also write

article, blogging to create organic traffic which will increase

sales.

11. Search engine marketing (SEM): Placing advertisement on Google

using the tool "Google Ad word" and market the products.
