Establish operational policies and implement process improvements to ensure best quality of concrete. Directly

manage 6 team leaders overseeing 120 employees. Design and implement coaching and training programs to develop

staff, facilitate efficiency and improve performance. Manage operational and capital expense budgets required to run

the set up.

• Actively interfaced with vendors and Prch. Deptt. for order expediting, capacity planning and material

forecasts for sufficient availability of raw materials required for the scheduled production
