With an extensive background in technology, including nine years overseeing development of web-
based applications for the financial services industry, I possess a wide range of capabilities. In my
capacity as CTO of InsWorld.com, I managed three datacenters, acted as network engineer and
administrator, managed software design and development teams, and assisted with sales and
customer support. I planned, purchased, installed and maintained all components of the IT
infrastructure. I managed software integration projects with multiple platforms including
SalesForce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I hold two U.S. patents for development of unique
content delivery systems.
My most recent experience at Lie-Nielsen Toolworks had me overseeing upgrades to all major
systems including a complete overhaul of the datacenter, migration to a new ERP system,
development and rollout of a new ecommerce website, implementation of a mobile POS system,
and rollout of a VOIP phone system. Additionally, I implemented a helpdesk system and fostered a
