I am a highly self-motivated individual who demonstrates a positive
attitude to my work. I am solution focused and I have many transferable

. I provide positive activities for young people (PAYP) to engage in, to
prevent them from being involved in anti-social behaviour or
activities.
. When working with the young person for the first time I assess them
using a Rickter assessment, this is done to measure how the young
person views their lives, from the results and the reason for
referral, I design and carry out targeted activities and keyworking
sessions to follow their action plan to achieve the desired outcome.
Another Rickter assessment is done at the end to measure how they now
view things and their progress after completing targeted work.
. I promote life skills through designing activities involving budgeting
and cooking and this also helps them build up their self-esteem and
confidence.
