ensure delivery of HR guidance and services. Identify training needs for program and individual senior

Management coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs.

Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met. Acts as Business Conduct Officer in support of IS Sector

and Corporate Ethics Program initiatives.
