My current responsibilities are pitching and selling the program to clients, typing up and pricing contracts for
each customer individually, as well as explaining each individualized program to every customer. I am in charge
of a cash drawer and taking payments. I deal with customer service on a daily basis and make sure every
client is in understanding of the program. I make sales calls as well as take sales calls. I have successfully
helped begin to build the clientele, as the program is still in the start-up process. This job allows me to utilize
my typing skills, my customer service skills as well as my skills to sell the program.

I analyze and qualify applicants for both payday and title loans. I analyze vehicles to figure out the worth to be
able to help out people to the best of my abilities. I handle the cash drawer and take payments. I must make
sure that the drawer balances at the end of the evening. In the event that debt is not paid, I am in charge of
finding a solution to help the customer pay the debt owed. I must be professional in both image as well as in the
language I use. I am expected to have the best customer service skills whenever interacting with customers
in person or on the phone. I must abide by all state laws in place.

I started out as a part-time teller and within nine months had been moved up to full-time. I was also given
the responsibility of being the merchant teller and the ATM custodian. The job required that I work fast and
accurately. I was required to refer products that best suit customers. I was required to give amazing customer
service. As a teller operations specialist I managed the tellers as well as all of the operations that were
conducted within the banking center or help monitor them. I was responsible for what happens every minute
of every day and make sure that all required work was done and all compliance is met.

I was a manager. I had to keep charge of the store safe. As well as being in charge of positioning the crew
and being in charge of the shift. Before this I had handled a cash register and performed daily tasks. I had to
be fast and efficient and the best at everything I did.
