Employment History
2011- 2013 System Engineer-Mid, Modern Technology Solutions Inc.
As the Engineering Lead for DCGS, developed requirements and implemented
hardware placement, network infrastructure, software requirements,
operational design and functionality testing. Was also acting DCGS
Operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the 705th Combat Training
Squadron (CTS). Lead engineer for ISR/BDA (Battle Damage Assessment),
an environment generator used to create targets for warfighters and
assess and capture real-time BDA for exploitation. Assistant engineer to
AFSERS and PROST, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) used to capture and
exploit real-time on target video and images.
2006 - PRESENT ISR/DCGS Imagery Mission Supervisor Trainer at DGS-1
and DGS-4, (Active and Traditional Guard)
As a tactical imagery analyst, created, reviewed, and validated GEOINT
products, reports, and graphics; managed mission teams of 12-15 analysts
on DGS operations floors; supervised and executed intelligence activities
and data flow for the DCGS architecture including exploitation,
development, and dissemination of multi-sensor imagery products to
support war fighting operations and Air Force Special Operations Command
(AFSOC) activities; mission qualified as an Imagery Mission Supervisor,
Imagery Report Editor, and Screener for multiple sensor platforms, to
include Global Hawk, U-2, Predator, and Reaper; trained all incoming
VAANG IAs on national imagery and associated tools on all DTS
workstations; developed and conducted training for military/government
civilian personnel, to include establishment of work standards, methods
and controls; developed Sun Solaris DTS UNIX workstation Graphic User
Interface for DoD operations; contributed to policy formulation and
recommended multiple changes to streamline operations and coordination
between DGS units and intelligence activities abroad.
2010 - 2011 Counter Narcotics GEOINT Analyst, NGA-NSA (Detailed

As a GEOINT analyst, created, reviewed, and validated GEOINT products,
reports, and graphics in support of Counter Narcotic operations.
2010 Imagery Mission Supervisor, AFCENT
In a shop with ten cross-trained imagery analysts (IAs), trained all IAs
to ensure proper mission certification, productivity timelines, and
operational knowledge; brought operations up to date with current DCGS
exploitation standards and procedures.
2009-2010 Force Application Management, AFCENT
Validated deployment requirements for all intelligence personnel
deploying to the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Worked daily with
the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) and re-deployment
orders. Created, edited, and revised line remarks for multiple current
and new deployment requirements.
2009 Geospatial Analyst, Electronic Warfare Associates/513th MI
BDE, Ft Gordon (DGS-Army)
Employed imagery intelligence (IMINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT)
and measurement and signatures intelligence (MASINT) knowledge to exploit
and fuse multi-sensor imagery and all-source intelligence; determined
type, function, and significance of military activities; conducted
comparative analysis; produced imagery interpretation reports, secondary
imagery products, and damage assessment reports.
2008 - 2009 Systems Engineer-Mid, Spectrum Comm Inc. (NGA, MOD,
JFCOM)
Project Diamond Contractor Lead for National Geospatial-Intelligence
Agency (NGA); provided ISR operational expertise to NGA, JFCOM, and other
organizations as required; supported NGA airborne integration efforts by
evaluating various system capabilities and shortfalls and providing
recommendations; advised NGA on movement, capture, gaps, and deployment
of airborne data into the National system; developed, staffed, and
reviewed NGA Airborne integration emerging plans and capabilities;
provided briefings, technical research papers, and concept papers as
required in support of Project Diamond.
2008 - 2009 Business Development, Spectrum Comm Inc.
Created, edited, and revised requests for proposals to ensure contract
awards for company; mastered multiple resume search engines in order to
find the perfect candidate for open positions or contingent offers;
trained and utilized company's capture, business development, and

2008 AF DCGS IA Certifier, Spectrum Comm Inc.
Provided certification and accreditation support for AF DCGS; wrote,
reviewed, validated, and provided recommendations to the AF DCGS Regional
Chief Information Assurance Officer (R-CIAO) on accreditation matters
regarding information system documentation, designs, and procedures that
ensure systems meet documented requirements and technical specifications
in Sensitive Compartmented Information and Collateral information
systems; drafted, edited, and approved internal and DCGS Site Specific
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2007 ISR/SIGINT Analyst, Spectrum Comm Inc.
Intimately involved in the development of a Concept of Operations for the
management and execution of multiple signals intelligence (SIGINT)
sensors across the AF DCGS enterprise; revised and re-submitted baselines
for both core and support DCGS sites for the 24/7 dual mission upgrades
as well as the AF DCGS 3/6 upgrade; daily involvement with SIGINT and
IMINT planning, reporting, tasking, and mission management.
