• It is a mainly concern of analysis of food and water samples in the field of

microbiology and chemical.

1) PARTICIPATED IN TECHNOLOGISTS TRAINING PROGRAMME IN

VARIOUS MICROBIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS. (10 DAYS) IN

MICROBIOLOGY IN EXPORT INSPECTION AGENCY,KOCHI.

2) INSTRUMENTATION TRAINING IN HPLC,GC,PCR, BY AZYME

BIOSCIENCE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HELD IN QC: MICROBIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

1) Isolation and studying pathogenic bacteria & fungi like Salmonella, Shigella,

Vibriochlorae, Pseudomonas, E.coli, Clostridium, Enterococcusfeacalis, Candida.

2) Culturing, Subculturing, Preserving Bacteria, Fungi Pure culture.

3) Data and Records maintaining.

4) Monitoring Equipments.

5) Calibrating Equipments.

6) Analyzing the Food, Water, Agricultural, Beverage, Confectionary, Cofee products,Honey

Bakery, Infant Products samples as per IS STANDARDS.

7) Maintaining the Sop’s.

8) Maintaining & reviewing quality check.

9) Maintaining the lab in Sterile Condition by performing Fumigation.

10) Method Development & Method Validation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HELD IN QC: CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT

1) Analyzing the Various Water and Food samples as per IS STANDARDS.

2) Ph Conductivity, Alkalinity, Colour, Odour, Taste, Calcium, Magnesium,

Total hardness, Sulphate, Chloride, Nitrate, Nitrite, Fluoride, Total Suspended

Solids, Total Dissovleds Solids, Oil and Grease, Cod, Bod, Turbidity.

3) Analyzing the Effluent samples ( After and Before Treatment, Sewage Sample)

4) Analyzing Sodium, Potassium by Flame Photometery in Water and Serum Samples.

5) Standardization of the chemicals to Know the Concentration of Titrate used for

Analysis.

6) Performing R&D in new methods.

7) Performing the bioassay tests.

8) Analyzing food sample like Honey ( Total Reducing Sugar, Sucrose, Fructose,

Moisture, Fiehes Test, Acidity, Diatiase activity.

9) Preparation of Various Samples like Steel,Aluminium,Cast iron, Drugs For ICP-OES

10) Analyzing Nitrogen Percentage in Steel Samples by using Distillation method.

Analysis of Silicone Deposition in Hair Sample by using ICP-OES.
