Responsibilities include included but are not limited to developing and
maintaining PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFEMA, Layered/ Daily Process
Audits, ECIMS/8D's, operator work instructions, conducting problem solving
activities, maintaining all aspects QS/TS guidelines and handling multiple
quality related projects simultaneously. I implement sampling procedures,
develop forms with instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting
quality and reliability data. I also develop and implement methods and
procedures for disposition of discrepant material, devises methods to
assess cost and responsibility. I Supervise operators engaged in measuring,
testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or
process quality and reliability. Compiling and writing training material,
conducting training sessions on quality control activities, working closely
with internal and external customers to troubleshoot problems and if
necessary provide onsite visits to investigate problems.

production lines, material releases, Quality Problem Notices, 8D'S, data
collection for supplier scorecards, work instructions, initial responses,
contact all suppliers. I have been trained in Trans 4M to do inventory
adjustments, scrap report, check inventory balance, and to enter returns
and adjustments, package material for shipping back to the suppliers, and
representative at Dearborn Truck Assembly for Piston Automotive.

Connect, and WERS During my time at Piston I have been able to save the
company money by repairing and detecting defects using the extensive
knowledge of the modules Piston assembles, and establish relationships with
the suppliers. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge at the Piston
facility and can offer a superior level of quality efficiency. Further
initiative has been taken to seek out study for the CQE and launch a new
program at the Piston Toledo facility. I am a hard worker, punctual, and a
dedicated team player with excellent communication skills and can be of
value to the company with the knowledge I have gained through my current
and previous positions.
