Team size: 3

As a part of academic project worked on schematic design and

simulation of 6-Bit flash ADC in CMOS, 180nm technology .The implementation

is targeted for low power applications.

A 6-Bit flash ADC, with a maximum speed of 1 G bps, is implemented in

a 3.3 volt supply voltage .This design requires only 10 comparators and 9

multiplexer.

Layout Experience:

I have worked on following blocks layout implementation in Electric

tool.

1. Digital blocks implementation in flash ADC (digital logic and mux

implementation).

2. Comparator implementation, which involves the input device matching

pairs and current mirrors matching.

3. The implemented layout blocks verification checks like DRC, LVS

checks are completed.

4. Block level layout extraction and verifying with schematic

simulation.

5. Have good understanding on Latch up, Antenna issues, Electro

migration issues etc.

Scripting Experience:

Implemented shell scripts to handle multiple files, good

understanding on shell commands.

Participated in the College-level Texas Instruments Innovation

Challenge - INDIA Analog Design Contest-2014 held at Cranes Varsity

Bangalore.
