Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP)
• Responsible for design and implementation of New Employee Orientation for all new KAS Staff
including teaching Policies and Procedures, HIPAA, Driver’s Safety, Fire Safety, CPR and all Autism
Specific Trainings.
• Responsible to provide all contractual educations mandated by the Bureau of Autism Services and
the Department of Developmental Programs regarding Policies and Procedures, CPR, Mandt and all other
mandated yearly training requirements.
• Responsible for arranging trainings and scheduling trainers to present to KAS agency staff.
• Keeps physical and electronic records of all orientations and trainings for all company staff.
• Provides Autism Education and ACAP presentations to Physicians, Health Specialists, Dentists,

their support staff when they became participating providers for the ACAP Program
