preparation for SAP as well as holding new configuration of all old data for certification for new updated ENOVIA

help understand the build process set forth by Bell procedures.

November 2011-Feb 2012 Sikorsky Helicopter, Troy, Alabama Process Engineer/Planner: Responsible for final assembly

and modifications of avionic and electrical harness. Red lined all planning procedures for Installation and planning for all

Black hawk helicopters in final assembly. Was given the First avionic and electrical Rack to be installed in Troy. Built all

planning and procedures for new detail racks.

June 2011-November 2011 Bell Helicopter, Amarillo, Texas Manufacturing Engineer/Planner: Responsible for electrical

Harness fabrication, installations and pictorial planning from off-loaded work out of Bell Hurst facility. Created new

planning for all form boards and electrical lay-out and installation. Assigned to the OH-58D program utilizing BIEMS,

BEDVU2, CAPI, CAPPII, CSCAPP, VISIPRISE (HMSCAPP) and ENOVIA.

May 2010-June 2011 Boeing, Charleston, South Carolina Mech./Planner Engineer, 787 Dream liner Ship side support for

all wiring phases for Boeing newest aircraft 787 Dreamliner. Directly working with Mechs. to solve wiring issues during

powering up the aircraft for the first time. Was put in charge of (ECAT) Electrical Corrective Action Team. To Resolve all

planning building issues.

Sept.2008-Feb.09 Lear Jet Wichita, Kansas Engineer Planner/ Methods Elec. Avionics Responsible for testing and

certification papers on all Lear Jet aircraft to comply with FAA standards. . Developmental testing and final design of

electrical, avionics and hydraulics combined FAA certification, DOD qualification and aircraft system testing.

equipment with new plc's on manufacturing floor. Supervised 50+ employees with training and safety on new injection

mold systems. Introduced six sigma and new programming for plc's.

Feb 2007-Aug 2007 LSI Logic Wichita, Kansas Electrical Engineer Responsible for the new XBB controllers and Board

configuration testing, Running of ESS Chamber for fixing trouble with components within the XBB controllers.

Feb 1996-Feb2007 RAYTHEON CORPORATION Wichita, Kansas Electrical Engineer Manufacturing Test

Engineering/planner. Responsible for testing and certification papers on all Raytheon Aircraft including JPATS T400A,

Premier, Hawker, Horizon, Beech jet, Baron, Bonanza, King Air and Model 1900 lines. Developmental testing and final

design of electrical, avionics and hydraulics combined FAA certification, DOD qualification and aircraft system testing.

supplies, and power antennas. Administrator and Security for Raytheon servers to include service calls on 10,000 plus

PC's, printer and plotters.

Feb 1995 - Jan 1991 United States Navy. Honorable discharge Aviation Electronic technologist. Graduated sonar and

radar Specialist training. Held rank of E-4. Was in charge of ships manuals and logs to control all ship movements and

training for all deck hands. Made all preflight testing on HL-60 helicopter on board.
