Main activities:

■ Evaluate and improve industrial processes focusing on plant goals

■ Analyze process indicators in order to solve problems and find optimization

opportunities (cost reduction, procedures changes, process alternatives)

■ Elaborate, evaluate and validate processes in bench, pilot and industrial scale

(scale-up from 2L to 250m )

■ Scale up and scale down fermentative and downstream processes

■ Develop fermentative processes for new microorganisms: culture media,
