Key Task handling in Cadbury:
* Overall responsibility of Quality of products manufactured following GMP standards.
* Handling of the shifts and clearing the finished goods with 100% compliance.
* Analysis of Finished Goods products using GC and other methods.
* Monitor the sites GMP.
* Delivering consistently high standards of product quality through strong quality management system.
* Monitoring the quality Product Change over and Process Parameters.
* Review the sampling, manufacturing, packing, and testing and release procedure to ensure that they meet the GMP requirements and are followed in accordance at site.
* Carry out of Root Cause Analysis and Risk Assessment.
* Formulation of CAPA for incoming Product Compliance
* Calibration and Validation of CCP Metal Detector.
* Sensory Analysis and its summary reporting.
* 5S management in chemistry lab.
* Ensure and monitor release of batches as per schedule in coordination with manufacturing department.
* EM/PM analysis and SAP Approval.
* Exposure in Global QP audits, Process and FSSC audits
* Worked 1.5y in “GANESH CONSULTANCY AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES” as Chemist and Quality Control from JUNE 2011 to NOV 2012. It is an NABL certified industry, Mysore.
