Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service in practicing telephone etiquette

in a scope that is pleasant, professional, helpful, concerned and effective. Forwards

receptionist/general clerical support. Directs and determines on-site visitor needs.

Compliance: Maintains compliance issues through reports to ensure open communication

Inter-Departmental Relations: Processes physician orders for signatures to maintain

agency standards and mandates. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing

with all levels of employees and visitors.
