Employment

Mar. 2013- Oct. 2013… Glow Networks

• Contracted to Ericsson as a R.F. Coordinator bring new 4G LTE site on the air.

• Coordinate with local LDO (Implementation mgrs., market mgrs., etc.) for

planning of 4G site migrations

• Work with cross functional teams to resolve any functional issues that are

uncovered during drive test shakedown (sectors not taking traffic, swapped

sectors, scripting issues) before actual migration

Sept 2006 – Apr. 2012, ZTE USA

Working as a CDMA Support Engineer for ZTE USA CDMA soft switch

Commissioning and replaced all the Lucent CDMA with ZTE switch and installation of

BTS for MiPhone in Jamaica

Also worked in Alaska with Copper Valley Wireless on the deployment of new CDMA

switch and BTS’s

Worked with AirCell on deployment and installation BTS and of EV-DO over-lay for

airplanes to use laptops for customers on the plane.

Worked on EPON which is full-service voice, data and video networks systems for TWC

and Bright House.

Mar 2006 – Aug 2006, Contracted to Cingular

Work with and assist other Engineering teams with onsite and remote support

commissioning of T-1/DS3s and cell site. Moved and turn up Lucent cell site.

Deployment of soft switch Alcatel Spatial 5020 UMTS Switch

Bring the new switch up on line for UMTS

Also test MOPs for new equipment coming in for the soft switch ie: OC-3 Quad Cards,

and then train others to install new equipment

Perform project management responsibilities and coordinate installation of equipment
