Designed, implemented and supported enterprise and retail systems voice and data network infrastructure and

operations for 400+ retail stores, three distribution centers, two call centers and the corporate headquarters with an

annual budget of $4M+. Primary enterprise and retail systems network infrastructure program manager with $3M+

annual capital project budget. Directly responsible for data transmission for all enterprise and retail systems processes

including, nightly and/or real-time polling mechanisms, imaging transport, central credit card authorization and

settlement, e-commerce infrastructure, B2B networking and Internet/Intranet networking. In charge of physical and
