Retained as Senior Project Manager to build six initial roof mount and pole mount solar electric installation projects,
ranging from 10-250kW. This process included estimating, procurement, cost review and finding subs and suppliers
to perform at more favorable pricing than originally quoted
Procure all materials, select and monitor engineers, subcontractors and employees.
Completed and passed PV intensive training course and NABCEP solar installation course, receiving bonus and in
house award for successfully completing course work.

Promoted to Operations Manager to estimate and build an additional 18 solar electric projects of increasing size,
