Combine skills in carpentry, blue print reading and estimating to

provide a working knowledge of construction projects.

for drywall, metal stud, acoustical ceiling, carpentry, doors,

Responsible for managing all construction activities related to

demolition, installation of drywall, acoustical ceiling, doors, and

generalcarpentry. Coordinate with General Contractors and Sub

Contractors. Perform materialtakeoffs and estimates for drywall,

acoustical ceiling, doors and carpentry. Manage field staff.

Procure all equipment and material for construction projects in

trades listed above. Review construction costs and evaluate bids

from Subcontractors. Prepare purchase orders, review and

approve invoices. Negotiate changes with Owners and General

Contractors.
