Duties involved Operation of Safety Net 2000 Fire Command station. The training and overseeing of security staff as well as fire brigade. Fire drill training and emergency evacuations. Physically responding to any tenant complaints of theft or vandalism. Securing of multimillion dollar works of art on display. Arranging for the escort of VIP dignitaries. Interfacing with government agents such as secret service and local law enforcement. High interaction with various public. Extensive report writing.

I operated and held post at High End retail locations such as Time Warner Mall at Columbus circle and several iconic corporate and residential buildings.

4/2007 to 3/2008

Fire Alarm Techncian:

The maintenance of fire alarm systems in corporate buildings. Programming of devices to interact with Fire Command Station as well as trouble shoot problems on site.

2/2005 to 3/2008

Field Supervisor:

Responsible for driving to various locations to check on guard posts. Interact with clients and recommend solutions for their security needs. Ensure security officers were maintaining company policy and redirect when necessary. Report any deficient behavior as well as any client concerns or requests for security as needed.

Provide daily reports to company CEOs and recommend solutions for any ongoing or projected problems.
