MY STRENGTHS
I use my management experience and abilities in a constructive and supportive manner to compliment program growth
through leadership. I enjoy sales activities and working with customers to give them the great product that they need. .My
experience living abroad for 13 years has given me insight into dealing with people from all walks of life and an open mind
for learning new skills and seeking new avenues of progress. I also have a working knowledge of Japanese language and
customs. I am competent in all Microsoft Office products.
Recent Projects: Team Leader for procurement and installation of new machines. Leader for installation of Rack System,
Mezzanine, Metal testing Lab, Mist Collection system and increased electrical and air capacity systems.

I was initially hired as the Production Manager and worked at that position for 4 years. Currently at OSR I am mainly
responsible for General Affairs but I have many roles. I am an experienced manager with skills related to IT, shipping and
receiving, material procurement, marketing, sales and customer relations. This has helped me develop into an effective
multitask oriented manager and problem solver.
English Instructor and International Programs Supervisor, Futaba High School, Otaru, Japan 1995-2006
I was instrumental in creating an International Exchange study program and an intensive ESL program. These programs
are for students wanting to study abroad and enter foreign Universities. I gained great experience in working with
international institutions for the creation of excellent exchange programs and e-learning environments.

I was the ESL Instructor for foreign students entering the school. I also developed a Summer School program to help
students improve English, History, and Social Studies skills. I was also the Study Abroad Advisor.
