Customer Service Vice President

Objective

I am a goal-oriented and highly motivated student. I am seeking a summer

job that will help give me professional experience and skills that I can

apply in the future.

Experience

The Walt Disney Company May 2013-August 2013

I was a participant on the International College Program. I worked in a

sales position at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Downtown Disney. My

duties included handling cash, completing credit transactions, receiving

product on stock days and fulfilling the requirements of my program in a

very fast paced environment and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Canada Border Services Agency May 2012-September 2012

Duties included working in various offices, such as the Chief

Superintendent's office, and the NEXUS office. Tasks were maintaining

spreadsheets, organizing the archive rooms, making phone calls, answering

general questions and obtaining and maintaining security clearances by the

government.

Wilf's Pub and the Turret Nightclub September 2011-Present

Duties include greeting customers, handling cash, time management, and

working in a fast-paced environment. This also includes working with a

point of sale system.

Real Canadian Superstore August 2009-May 2012

Duties included handling cash, customer service, working independently, and

maintaining a clean workspace.

Volunteer Experience

Delta Gamma Women's Fraternity: Held positions such as Vice President:

Communications, and Vice President: Member Education. It required going to

multiple meetings a week, overseeing crews and instructing them

accordingly, and staying organized.

Wilfrid Laurier's Political Science Association: Held the Director of

Recruitment position. My job was to create a recruitment plan in order to

increase membership within the organization. This position included many

hours at a promotion booth and creating visuals and pamphlets.
