medical services ambulance system. I wrote the policy and procedure
manuals in accordance with the Department of Transportation. Responsible
for: hiring the medical, dispatch staff and licensing the ALS units and

for our services to various: nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers,

Senior Paramedic; Raytheon Services & Kalama Services Johnston Atoll
Island. 9/1995-9/1996. Q23 clearance from the Dept. of Defense. Johnston
Atoll Chemical Agent Disposal System (JACADS) is a remote south pacific
chemical munitions facility (1.04 square miles, 750 nautical miles west of
Hawaii), directed by the Department of Defense. I was responsible for: for
the emergency medical services for the 1200 military and civilian
personnel, as well as the necessary aero medical transportation of said
patient's between islands when they required further care at Hickam AFB. I
monitored v/s while personnel performed the incineration of mortars, bombs,
missiles and other explosive material containing the nerve agents: VX,
sarin, and mustard gas.
