Responsibilities:
Ensure critical deadlines are met with daily monitoring of open order reports and following
•
any issues through supply chain (Purchasing, Production, QC and Logistics) to
promote on time orders and customer satisfaction.
Primary contact in researching account issues including pricing, material availability, lead
•
time, floor stock, forecasting and complaints. Communicating with account managers on
any escalating account issues and negotiating a mutual agreement.
Obtaining and distributing documentation within timely manner including order
•
confirmations, certificate of analysis, certificate of origins, invoices, free sale/health
certificate.
Maintaining customer requirements through SAP master data.
•
Supporting management on implementing new policies, creating and maintaining various
•
reports (new business alerts, on time deliveries, YTD sales, floor stock inventory, SCM reliability, first
time production, trial orders, minimum order)
Reporting and documenting quality or service issues to management on key accounts
•
and working with appropriate internal departments for resolution.
Assisting to determine forecast based on customer input and sales history and inputting
•
results to SAP.
Establishing selling pricing based on raw material and production cost. Updating SAP
•
pricing and notifications as required.
