- Exhibited keen expertise in formulating and managing the deployment of a versatile, resilient, and optimized IT enterprise architecture for the new Cherokee headquarters facility; which involved the following:
- Introduction of new hardware and Microsoft cluster technologies for database, exchange, and firewall tiers
- Restructuring of Cherokee desktop hardware/software baselines, thus improving customer-facing services

- Initiated the development of the GFM Infrastructure Review Team (GFM IRT) tasked to manage system support processes and formulate performance enhancement initiatives; as well as to define system requirements, develop and test software, manage system quality, and maintain hardware and software
- Successfully incorporated a remote system administration system to the GRM Enterprise to speed up response time during system emergencies and maintenance
- Headed the operation and implementation of a more compact and versatile hardware architecture for the GFM production system, which had been utilized to support the SDDC relocation operation from Alexandria, Virginia; to Scott Air Force Base, thus reducing system footprint by half
- Directed the management, administration, and operations of the Cherokee Information Technology support contract with GFM and SDDC
