application software, setup several new test environments, develop new testing procedures,

setup batch cycles and on-line applications, provide 24X7 level 1 support of the 40+

applications, all running in the several IST and UAT environments with heavy use of TWS

level and detail design, coding, testing, implementation, production support, maintenance of

different online and batch applications:

• Exception Item Processing System(OLOD) is used by back offices and financial

centers to make decisions on overdrawn items, suspected stopped items and items not

posted by Day 1 posting.

• Generic Entry Management System (GEMS) is used by back office to enter and

process both financial and quasi-financial transactions for posting systems.

• Auto-Closeout application is fully automated system to cover overdrawn accounts

from linked accounts and to close overdrawn account if was not covered and

reconcile amounts to General Ledger.

• Citiletter (CLT) application sends notices and letters to the customers.

• The Data Masking and Shrinking project that objective is to mask the production data

before loading to the test environment so that customers identity is fully

camouflaged.

• Tablebase update application used by business users to update branch information.

• Scalability project that eliminated the bottlenecks and sets the platform for

CITIBANK to grow 5 times the current size in terms of assets and liabilities.

• Several Bank Acquisition and conversion installations including FAB, CALFED,

Citibank Puerto-Rico.

Applications above are online systems with heavy batch cycles developed using Cobol,

Cobol II, Cobol LE, PL/I, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, some of them are using IDMS, MQ

Series, JAVA.
