Worked in EA Games India Pvt. Ltd., Mobile division; Hyderabad since "June

16th 2008" to till "May 15th 2010"

> General description of the Projects handled at EA

Being in the Quality Assurance department at EA since 2 years, my work

demanded me to maintain highest quality in the games we develop for various

Mobile platforms (BREW,J2ME,RIM, Wince, Symbian,,Ngage) across various

genres. In my tenure at EA I assured that every application tested was of

highest standards from the End User perspective. Mainly my team specializes

in testing games made for NA markets which involve carrier specific (T-

Mobile, Sprint, ATT, Verizon etc.) testing. Few of the recent productions

being Sims 3,Spore 2,Wolverine, Star Trek, Harry Potter and the Half blood

Prince, GI Joe, Command & Conquer 2, NFS shift and FIFA 10.Worked on Device

Anywhere. Sound knowledge of the QA work flow, the bug tracker (JIRA) and

HADES

Below are the specific descriptions of my roles and responsibilities:

> QA Tester (June '08- January '10)

Responsibilities

. Understand and execute the testing cycle/process effectively.

. Tested the applications and reported all the issues appropriately to

the developers.

. Maintained good productivity with quality.

. Actively participated in Team building and knowledge sharing

activities.

. Gained overall knowledge of various platforms like (J2ME, WINCE, RIM

and BREW)

. Maintained regular interaction about my performance with the floor

. Played a major role in defining the testing procedure and test scripts

> QA Floor Lead (February '10 -May '10)

Responsibilities

. Managing a team of 5 testers.

. Interface with the management team to obtain test directions, exchange

information and provide reports.

. Verifies reviews and confirms bug entries from test teams.

. Received priorities from the Project Lead and disseminates test

directions to the assigned group of testers.

Key Milestones:

worked on crucial projects and reference devices.

and maintaining quality along with quantity testing skills.

. I have been given trainees to be trained individually after my 3

months of joining the company.

. Assisted the development and production teams as a production tester

for projects such as Zaxxon, Trivial Pursuit, Cricket 10, Wolverine,

G.I.Joe, and C&C: Red Alert etc.

. I have conducted trainings for new QA Testers.

. Keeping in view my managerial qualities and skills my Role is

enhanced as a QA Floor Lead, to a group of 5 testers. My scope

involved in monitoring and mentoring these testers for a period of 6

months along with my day to day work.
