Commercial/Contractual Role
Conduct cradle to grave contract administration for EPCI Projects. Responsible for Supplier sourcing and

qualification, contract formulation and post contract award activities.
Develops scopes of work, bid evaluation criteria and lead bid clarification meetings.

Liaise with engineers in evaluating contractual, commercial, and technical proposals and ensure Operational
•
Excellence (OE) expectations are met.
Negotiates terms and conditions for various contract types, including Fixed Price, Cost Plus Award Fee,
•
Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time and Materials type contracts.
Plan and support project logistics program for EPCI and other major capital projects.

Handles daily correspondence with contractors; manage and maintain all information to ensure accuracy,

completeness and consistency with project schedule and industry standard.
Maintaining efficient interface with E procurement, Insurance, Finance, Business Process and Compliance,

for quick resolution of issues that may arise in the performance of the contract.
Undertake contract close out activities claims review, negotiation, resolution and settlement.

modification of nine (9) platforms which will eliminate gas flaring and enhance domestic gas supplies in
Nigeria.
$50MM EPCI contract for Sonam Pipelines Project.

$10MM Geotechnical and Geophysical Survey contract for Okan NWP, Opolo, Malu.

$5MM Transportation and Installation (TIP) Contract of the prefabricated Meji/Dibi Living Quarters
