. Pfizer, Shanghai, China - Program and project Manager for planning and

design specification of a Batch automation and manufacturing execution

system (MES) system. Coordinated with multi- international project teams;

participated in site meetings; functioned as a translator in

meetings/conference calls.

. Pfizer - Program and project Manager for planning and functional

requirements specification of a combined process improvement and

manufacturing execution system (MES) for Weigh and Dispense. The

specified solution was designed as a new client standard for consistent

process coordination, material traceability, works-in-process tracking

and yield measurement, and was designed to be rolled-out to various

. Nestle - Project Manager for design, development and deployment of an

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Process Reliability (PR)

improvement solution. Led a six person Rockwell Automation technical team

through planning, design and implementation of the OEE system for 1

production line. The solution provided client with the ability to

benchmark and improve OEE/PR in the areas of uptime, performance and

quality, all of which typically offer a positive impact on the bottom

line. System metrics provided means to benchmark and establish critical

links between financial and operational performance of production line

assets.

Siemens Energy and Automation (2000 - 2008) Project manager / MES project

delivery operation manager

. Texas Instrument - Program Manager with overall responsibility for

commercial and technical requirements for consultation, deliverables and

product functionalities of a control system for a semiconductor

manufacturing facility. Provided engineering consulting and management

to assist subcontractors in resolving issues of DCS system integration,

hardware, software and implementation, Machine Control Centers and

Variable Frequency Drives.

. Boeing - Program manager of a Canadian solution partner to provide a

manufacturing execution system (MES) to control automatic guidance

vehicles (AGVs) for a green fuselage facility. The system coordinates

with island of automation and the AGV system into a centralized MES. The

system manages AGV scheduling for island of automation and AGV flow.

Coordinated the Siemens Italy and Germany for product solutions and

maintaining schedule and scope

. Cargill - Project Manager for upgrade of existing Lab Information

Management system for a manufacturing facility that produced multiple

consumer products. System upgrade supported additional product

manufacturing requirements and higher user availability. Managed IT,

production stakeholders and Siemens team to coordinate remote

engineering, test and production.

. Degussa - Project Manager for replacement of an existing DCS for a

synthetic oil manufacturing facility. Managed MES and DCS applications

including receiving, batch and continuous process operations,

consumption, WIP, equipment utilization and reporting. This batch project

followed S88 standards.

Moore Products (1994 - 2000) Project Manager / Technical Lead / Application

Engineer

. Genentech - Project manager of demand services for a batch application.

Lead Project engineer of a green field plant to put in a state of art

control system. This batch project followed S88 standards.

Knoll Pharmaceuticals - Lead engineer with overall responsibility for

commercial and technical requirements for the design, implementation,

testing and commissioning of a pharmaceutical manufacturing batch control

system under FDA validation requirements. Developed test plans and

protocols for FDA validation of the control system and oversaw the

execution of these tests.
