development, in order to measure the service availability, resulting in actions
for client satisfaction improvement and cost savings. I managed the environment
maintenance and presented reports, forecasts and suggestions for improvement to
high management.
Implementation of Monitoring Projects. Managed all phases of the project
lifecycle to implement a monitoring environment for clients OCASO, ASCO and
Telefonica.
Achievements: Companies gained a controlled environment, all services and
infrastructure were monitored, and they could monitor service and infrastructure
status. They could take early actions to resolve problems.
ITIL Implementation. ITIL implementation and consulting projects (Incident,
Problem, Change, Configuration and Service Level Management) for clients Ministry
of justice, ministry of defense and Prisa Group.

CLOUD Projects. Managed a project to Cloud implementation for client IECISA. Also
managed an Office 365 Migration from on premise environment for client IBERIA.
Achievements: IECISA achieved the first Internal Cloud implementation that
allowed to them to have new portal for automatic requests without human
intervention resulting in costs and time saving.
