Professional Experience and Achievements

Network Engineer, ISP "ASTEL', 09/2012 - 04/2013

When I knew about traversing AirNavigation network from TDM to IP technology I asked

a management about a promotion to take a Network Engineer position and got it.

Became a part of the main Maintaining department of Engineers I started supporting a

backbone IP/MLPS network of our company based on Cisco equipment and reacted on all

trouble tickets connected with our government, military, finance customers. I leaded

designing, testing and deploying of decision implementing IP technology on TDM

network of AirNavigation. I did training for new Sales people to explain them basic

of networking. The main responsibilities were resolving the real-time customers'

issues making remotely configurations, installations and optimizations of equipment.

Network Support Engineer, ISP "ASTEL", 11/2008 - 08/2012

Supporting a huge data and voice transfer network for AirNavigation I had to study

TDM MUX Promina within a short time. There were only four engineers in Kazakhstan

who have been doing it. Maintaining OS VxWorks on the highest levels I analyzed and

resolved the most complicated issues connected with channel flapping, synchronizing,

timing, system errors, software and hardware mismatches. Working together with the

Head of R&D department we designed and deployed new hardware and software upgrades

and updates many times. I installed and configured new NMS which was using Java,

Windows Server, SFU, Unix engines all-in-one simultaneously to collect data and

connect all nodes there by SNMP. Going around country in business trips I had to

make a strong decision working in a stressful environment and often overtime. I

liked participation in company sport activities and my team always was on tops.

Network Administrator, TV Tower, 2007 - 10/2008

After 5 weeks of work experienced internship the management offered me a part-time

job to monitor and maintain VHF equipment. I did a big contribution in creating and

installing a new control room, participated in complicated repairing of Radio and TV

transmitters, created and deployed two controlling devices. When I graduated I got a

promotion and had to manage with corporate LAN (30 workstations, UNIX and Windows

Servers). My responsibilities were supporting OS, software and hardware for this

LAN. I applied practically my System and Networking knowledge, understood details of

installing and configuring Windows Server 2003, Active Directory and CentOS 5.1. I

organized volleyball court to do mote activities after work.
