installation of SAP at 3 plant locations worldwide in 6 months with no disruption to daily business

operations.

Senior Director Finance, Cost and Capital Accounting 1992 - 1999

Directed full range of controller functions including business forecasting, planning, budgeting, capital

expenditures, cash flow, and financial reporting and performance analysis.

• Identified $100 million cost

savings in operations providing increased Gross Profit from 55% to 60% and introduced shared services

• Developed and implemented

strategic initiatives and controls reducing inventory levels $100 million.

enabled Capital and Operational budgets to be accurate within 3% of actual expenses, also achieving

Managed Accounting and Purchasing departments for a newly constructed "one of a kind" lead manufacturing
