Product Verification Engineer – Ciena Corporation July 2012 - Jan 2014

Worked as the Ottawa prime with onshore and offshore teams for the successful completion of projects for

clients such as Verizon, AT&T, CenturyLink and British Telecom

Wrote Design Test Estimates (DTE) and Test Plans in order to assess the performance of new features in

accordance with product specification requirements in DOORS

Strategically selected, automated and executed test cases to increase efficiency during the test start cycle

Analyzed test results, summarized information into defect tracking system (Atlassian JIRA) tracking problems

through to resolution, communicated issues to project leader, and prepared test reports
