Provide Personal Productive Equipment for all the assembly areas.

Daily discus with vender and get the feedback.

Maintain 5s & 5R in shop floor.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENT:
Daily achieve production planning as per target.

Eliminate wrong part assembly using OPLs.

• Maintain safety and good working condition using OSHAS, TPM
ISO policies.
• Increased RFT, OEE, quality status and decreased rework, cost,
cycle time reduced by applying techniques like 6w 2h and fault tree
analysis.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT:
• Developed a cohesive production team of 16 line engineer, 4
contract based people trained, guide & motivated to achieve the
daily targets.
Motivating all team members for kaizen, to improve product

quality.
