(1) Project Name : RSBY Enrolment and Card Issuance System

Role : Oracle Developer

Environment : SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 10g

Description:

The ECIS would be primarily used for capturing of the beneficiary

data in the field. The software will have the feature to import the data in

English and only the name of the head of the family in respective regional

language of the particular state BPL database. The enrollment and the card

personalization and distribution would be performed over-the-counter i.e.

the cards are to be personalized and issued on the spot.

It would also have the facility to load Jan Shree Bima Yojana (JBY) and Out

Patient (OP) policy details to the card and store the relevant data to the

database in case either or both are valid for the district where enrollment

is happening.

Responsibilities:

Description:

Yeshasvini is one of the largest Self Funded Healthcare Scheme in

the country. Offering a low priced product for a wide range of surgical

cover, nearly 805 defined surgical procedures to the farmer co-operators

and his family members. It is a contributory scheme wherein the

beneficiaries contribute a small amount of money every year to avail any

possible surgery during the period. The beneficiaries are offered cashless

treatment subject to conditions of the scheme at the Network Hospitals

spread across the State of Karnataka.

Yeshasvini Health Care Systems is the web-based application, the

objective is to provide a facility to the network hospitals to verify

whether the patient is a Yeshasvini beneficiary and also to all the

district level officers to verify the same and to view related reports.
