All clients were victims' of the Waldo Canyon Fire that destroyed 350
residences in June of 2012. All homes were total new custom designs to
fit the client needs and desires. Average of 6,300 sf
. Alliance Builders; Rosebaum Residence, Contract Value $1.5M, Colorado
Springs
Client's home was a complete custom design of 7,000 sf on 10 acres of
forest property

. Indentify subcontractors, invite them on an electronic plan platform, and
send out plans and specs to them.
. Finalize a bid spreadsheet that reflects all bid aspects including
general conditions, overhead, and profit.
. Complete accurate internal take-offs and pricing and become completely
familiar with the project.

. Estimator, Contract Value $3.2M; Tank Trails Training Facility, Ft.
Benning, GA: 3 month project consisting of 5 miles of tank trails for
training troops in heavily forested terrain; it was largely a grading and
utility project and included large concrete slabs where the trails
intersected.
. Estimator, Contract Value $3.5M; AAFES Mall Remodel, Robins Air Force
Base, GA: 6-month retail remodel, completed while the retailer remained
operational, consisting of 16 phases of remodeling; coordinating all of
the "finish" subcontractors to understand the magnitude and scope of the
project was the challenge.
. Estimator, Contract Value $ 9.4M; Georgia Air National Guard Reserve
Center, Dobbins Air Force Base, Marietta, GA: Design / Bid / Build
project consisting of repurposing an old Air force hanger into a Georgia
Air National Guard facility; a second floor was built with training and
meeting room and on the main floor there is a large assembly hall,
parachute packing & storage rooms as well as offices, shower / locker
rooms and administration areas. Involved in the various phases of design
to assure adherence to original budgets and estimates.
. Estimator, Contract Value $ 3.2M; Military Working Dog Facility, Ft.
Benning, GA: new "State of the Art" dog kennel and training facility for
military dogs including special food preparation area, a full
veterinarian clinic.

complete Army Reserve Unit. Project designed to utilize Styrofoam block
exterior walls with brick veneer. The interior finishes were "class A"
finishes, and the main building consisted of assembly rooms, physical
